Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products and services by Redwood Automation Supply ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in [Currency] and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due in full before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Order Processing

4. Shipping and Delivery
